Do you restock?
Sometimes. Some pieces are limited by design and won't come back. Others restock based on demand. Sign up for the newsletter or follow @couturepoetrybrand on Instagram to catch drops in real time.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Reach out within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best. Once it's in production or shipped, we can't make changes.
Do you offer discount codes?
Occasionally, for the newsletter list and Instagram followers. If you have a code, apply it at checkout — we can't add it after the order is placed.
Sizing & Fit
How do your pieces fit?
Our hoodies and tees are designed with a relaxed, boxy fit — think oversized silhouette, dropped shoulders. Jackets fit true to size. If you're between sizes and want something more fitted, size down. If you want it looser, size up. See our Size Guide for exact measurements.
Do you offer custom sizes?
For select pieces, yes. Custom work is available through our tailoring services — email couturepoetryapparel@gmail.com with what you're looking for.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders process in 2–5 business days, then ship. Delivery within the US is typically 3–7 business days after that. See our Shipping Policy for the full breakdown.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times.
Where's my order?
Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If it's been more than 5 business days since you ordered and you haven't gotten one, email couturepoetryapparel@gmail.com.
Care
How do I take care of my pieces?
- Wash cold, inside out
- Tumble dry low or hang dry (hang dry preserves color and print longer)
- No bleach, no dry cleaning
- Iron inside out on low heat; avoid ironing directly on any graphics
Will my hoodie shrink?
Our garments are pre-shrunk, but minor shrinkage can happen with hot water or high heat. Cold wash + low dry = long life.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes — for events, teams, brands, and individuals. Email couturepoetryapparel@gmail.com with your vision, quantity, and timeline.
Do you do wholesale?
Selectively. If you run a boutique or curated retail space and want to carry Couture Poetry, email couturepoetryapparel@gmail.com.
